About Robin L. Graham

Robin L. Graham is a results-oriented entrepreneur who helps people and organizations overcome barriers to high performance.

Her background in technology and systems has given her an eye for the processes at work in organizations and in people's lives and careers, regardless of whether those processes are internal or external, intended or unintended, recognized or unrecognized.

Robin is a certified instructor and practitioner in behavioral performance. She has firmly established her ability to teach people proven methods for personal achievement. She utilizes an advanced breakthrough technology for eliminating an individual's conflicting, limiting thoughts or beliefs.

Robin holds a business degree in Merchandising Management and a masters degree in Telecommunications and Information Systems. Her experience includes 12 years with Fortune 500 companies, where she rose from Sales Rep to Product Manager to National Accounts Executive. Her overriding focus was always on ensuring that the customer's desired results were being accomplished.

Robin is past president of the Sales and Marketing Executives (SME) Association of Memphis, an award-winning chapter during her tenure. She is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management, the Memphis Coaches Network and Society of Entrepreneurs Roundtable. She serves as an Adjunct Professor for Dowling College in Memphis. She was selected as one of the "Top 50 Women in Memphis" for 2000.

Robin was one of the first instructors in the U.S. certified for the PSYCH-K and PER-K technologies. She is a Certified Facilitator of Brian Tracy International's Training Processes and Systems and Manufacturing Reality. She is certified by TTI Performance Systems as a TriMetrix Analyst, Professional Behavioral Analyst, Attribute Index Analyst, and Professional Values Analyst. She is a recipient of the TTI President's Award for Outstanding Contributions to Human Resource Development.

Robin has trained and presented locally and internationally, to audiences ranging from small groups to large conferences. She is available for private coaching, group workshops, or speaking engagements. Her commitment is to illuminate your best for success.

Voss W. Graham has been helping people and organizations improve performance and increase revenues for more than twenty years. He is the author and creator of the Three Games of Selling and the InnerActive Selling development programs.

He began his career in banking in his native Louisiana, where he quickly rose to vice president. He was recognized as a Top Five business developer for three consecutive years. During this time, he co-developed one of the first team-based quality groups in the banking industry.

Since starting InnerActive Consulting Group, Inc. in 1983, Voss has proven that he can teach others the secrets of his success in sales and management. Voss W Graham Certified in new Business Simulations Chicago: Business Methodologies Inc announced that Voss W Graham is certified to present their Operations 101 and Distribution 101 business simulations.
Both programs are designed to engage participants and teach how efficiency and effectiveness impact both the Operations group and the Supply Chain groups.
Voss is already certified to present their Manufacturing Reality 2 day course, the one day Cash Flow course, and the one or two day Healthcare Reality series.

Judy Bell, PHR brings to our firm twenty -six years of Human Resource Management experience and specializes in Recruitment, Employment Practices, Employment Law, Employee Relations and Development, and Training.    Additionally, she speaks and writes on Leadership Development, Emotional Intelligence (EQ), Ethics, Leadership Integrity, as well as Career Counseling. 

Judy’s passion is developing people!  She has over thirty years of management experience and has never had a need to terminate someone who worked directly for her.  Now, that’s a huge accomplishment!  She credits the use of TopGrading to her management success (even before the business term was coined.)  She simply knew that in order for people to be effective in their jobs and lives, they needed to be placed in a job that matched their skills and natural talents and abilities.  So what happens when a job outgrows a person?   Judy can show you how to either coach that person up into the new job or over into a job that fits them better.   She is also a certified facilitator of the Psychology of Achievement by Brian Tracy, Judy is now a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst, Certified Professional Values Analyst, Certified Professional TTI DNA Analyst as well as Certified Professional TriMetrix Analyst.

Judy serves as Chairman of The Workforce Employer Outreach Committee, Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development and has held this chair since 2004.  She currently serves as Secretary of The Better Business Bureau of the Mid-South and has served on the board since 2006.  Judy earned her PHR Certification in 1995 and was the President of SHRM-Memphis in 2002.   She served on the SHRM board from 1997 until 2003.  Additionally, Judy served as an instructor for the SHRM Certification classes at the University of Memphis from 1995 though 1998.  Judy is a National Member of SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management) and is also a member of the Memphis Area Women’s Council.

In 2008, Judy was awarded the Smart Award by Girls Inc. of Memphis.  She was named Woman of the Year by the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in 2003 and was selected by Memphis Woman magazine as one of “50 Women Who Make a Difference” in 2002.  Judy received Congressional Recognition for Community Service in 2002 and was a recipient of the 2001 Human Resources Management Professional Excellence Award for the State of Tennessee. 

Judy is an experienced speaker and writer and has served as moderator and panelist for television recordings for the State of Tennessee, Department of Labor and Workforce Development.  She is a featured writer for various HR and community publications and provides career counseling to area students, professional groups, and organizations.
 

About Morgan Tonahill

Morgan Tonahill joined InnerActive Consulting Group as Administrative Assistant in August, 2007. She is from Memphis, TN.

She brings over 4 years of experience in office management and customer service.

Her main focus is in assisting our clients with the development and retention of their staff by using our assessment systems.
